"Chupracabra" caught in Maryland

Well yeah, title says it all. Now check this out. It looks quite like a dog, but then... deer? But then the tail comes at you. I bring this up due to what happened yesterday, on my way home from my grand-parent's house, I saw an odd creature. Though, the creature I saw was not the one that's displayed in the video above. The one I saw was a deer with a somewhat dog shaped head, and a kangaroo-like tail. It was pretty freaky. I couldn't find any information on it, but I did find what I saw above because my mother mentioned something about it. Though, she did not see what I saw. Begin speculation! Also, if this is in the wrong section, please note that so it may be moved to it's correct location on this forum.

The Chupacabras is so 1995. That's a coyote with a parasite infection, most of the creatures they claim are Chupacabras turn out to be sickly coyotes.
