Has anyone got any setup suggestions for a civic type r that is full tuned with racing mediums. I need help eliminating slow corner understeer on exits. It understeers on all corners but it is much worse there. Also does anyone have any tips on making the tyres last longer because I need it for a race on sunday Monza that is approximately 24 laps I think. So if anyone has any information I would gladly use it.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. It's max 305 hp and 1100kg lower limit so I can use ballast too.

What kind of settings are you using at the moment? It's not race modified?

I deal with under and oversteering in following order:
1. dampers and spring rates
2. anti-roll bars
3. breaking balance
4. camber and toe settings
5. LSD settings

Usually I don't have to go further than breaking balance settings when fighting oversteer.

it's a fwd. it will understeer on corner exit. it's a limitation of the layout when you ask tires to turn and accelerate at the same time. the reason you don't notice it as much on quicker corners is because the civic does not have enough torque to make an impact at higher speeds.

you can't get around it. either stop wasting time with wrong wheel drive vehicles or accept the limitation.
