I get the impression it's a modified Diablo. Like what RUF does to Porsches and that other company (who's name I can not remember) does to Ferraris. Or Saleen used to do with Corvettes (they make their own cars now don't they?).

I think they make their own mustangs now.

That car is a modified Cizeta Moroder V16T, built from the 2 unfinished chassis that were unable to be completed before Cizeta folded. The car is called the Cizeta Fenice TTJ Spyder.

The Cizeta Moroder V16T and Fenice TTJ Spyder are both completely original cars, and share nothing in common with a Diablo or any other Lamborghini mechanically.

RUFs are not Porsches, no matter what they may look like.

Prodrive is a racing team that runs unofficial Ferrari 550 race cars. They also run Subarus factory rally team for them, as well as running the Aston Martin DBR9 Le Mans program.

On the Ferrari subject: perhaps the company you were trying to think of is Hamman? They sell modified Ferraris and parts for them, however; Hamman is not considered a manufacturer as RUf is, just an aftermarket company.
