Am I alone in thinking that Codemasters should develop a F1 game but rather than F1 2012 it should be something like say F1 1988 or one of the other great years that has passed in F1? (They should do F1 2012 as well though)

Yes that would be really awesome. However I'd rather have Codemasters focus on F1 2012, get rid of all the glitches and make better AI, and make it more of a sim.

My laptop is really crap and I can still play it without any problems, so you might want to give it a try.

But then again, that mod is only available on computers and I assume a wheel is recommended for it. If Codemasters made the game, then it would be available on all platforms and would be playable with controller.

I would love to have rfactor but my family has a mac so not possible.

Thats what I was on about with codemasters making it, so that it is mutli-platform. And while I want them to work hard on F1 2012, this could be released whenever etc so they can take their time.
