Now that I had a  about the classic crap availible in GT2, I thought I'd talk about some classic speed.

GT500 Shelby. handling  exhaust note and a cool look...except for the roof.

Dodge Charger. Power :D , Colour Choice :) , Looks :D !!!

Plymouth's :D Looks, :D Power, :D Tuning Potential

Any Others You Can Think Of?

All Plymouths look absolutely crap...especially the Superbird. I'd say it's longer than the Jaguar XJ220 and that massive rear wing.... :yuck:

Um....screw you eddy :)

I love the looks of the 'cuda, especially in that great green color. The superbird looks great in red. I just wish they had put in a '68 or '69 Charger instead, as I like the looks of those years better.

Let's see, you forgot the GT350 and the '69 Camaro and the Challenger, which are probably the best handling older american cars in the game, especially after some tweaking.

[edit] LOL, I just noticed eddy's post count is 1337 :P

Cuda and Challenger are great looking cars. Eddy, you need to have a look at your avatar, and sig line. The Viper would not have been possible without cars of insane power like the Superbird, the Superbee, 440six pac Cuda, and Challenger. You may not be aware that Dodge is under the Chrysler/Plymouth umbrella.
The cars you hate the looks of are the very DNA of the Car you love. :odd:

Man, every time I say I hat muscle cars u always say 'well the viper was originally a muscle car' or 'where do you think they got the idea for Vipers from'

That was back then, the Vipers of the 21st century aren't muscle cars, they're mean, sleak sports cars.

BTW, this isn't directed solely at Gil, they're are heaps of people across GTP that don't agree with me, and good for them, I don't care. I like the look of the modern day Viper and other people don't, I hate the look of the old muscle cars like the Superbird and other people do.

eddy, muscle cars will always be more popular than ricebubbles than vipers. they have something the viper doesnt 'heritage' and they will always be restored with modern day partsso they live on as retro-tech weapons.

Well I just don't like the look of them and the one the sticks out the most is the Superbird. They went too far with that car, the huge nose and wing...'nuff said

Ok, the Superbird is one more example of American excesses.
The Viper is still the biggest of the Big blocks. Yes, it is very cool. Yes, it is very sleek. But, under the hood/bonnet beats a good, old fashioned 500 cubic inch, 500 hp, 500lb/ft monster motor. Very cool, to incorporate the "legs" of a Lambo, and the heart of "Rambo". (had to rhyme, :D )
And by today's standards its "parents" might be considered homely to some. I'm just not one of them.
Besides, I just want you to acknowledge the Viper's roots.
