as stated CLEAN racing refers to the following:

Drivers will make every reasonable attempt to maintain 2 wheels of the same side of the car on the acceptable racing surface, as defined by the painted lines that outline the pavement, as well as any connected curbing or rumble strips. Variances may be made by track and class. If a driver leaves the track, they may not maintain speed, advance position or gain advantage in any way, at peril of penalty. If a driver leaves the defined racing surface, no matter the cause, they forfeit their right to track space until they can rejoin the racing surface without interfering with the cars that are legally on track.

Drivers will make every reasonable attempt to maintain their racing pace. Stopping on the racing surface is not allowed, except in the event a cars immediate path is obstructed by another car (due to a racing incident). Driving erratically or slowly is not allowed. Stopping should only be done in the pits (or near, pending how it works in the game), if possible. Stopping on the side of the track should only be done in case of real life interruption or equipment failure. Driving in the opposite direction continuously is expressly forbidden with the exception of getting turned around after an incident.

Drivers will make every reasonable attempt to avoid contact with other cars and stationary objects like walls and barriers. If contact is made, a driver may not advance position or gain advantage in any way, at peril of penalty. Bump drafting is only allowed in Stock Car racing, on Oval tracks. Inconsequential or minor contact may be acceptable, to a very small degree, but a driver will be warned for aggressive driving as a result of too much minor contact.

A leading driver has the right to choose their racing line, but must stay committed to it. A following car has the right to make a reasonable passing attempt. Deliberate blocking is illegal. Leading drivers can make one move after exiting a corner, and can make one move to setup for the braking zone, with respect to the above rules.

Drivers will respect another car's right to a lane worth of track space for the duration of any side by side action, the instant it is initiated, or if side by side action is immediately inevitable. This includes at the turn in point, and for the duration of a corner. Side by side action is defined as being initiated the instant there is any overlap between two or more cars, also defined as one car having broken the plane of the rear of another car.

When pitting, drivers will use the proper pit entry path and pit exit blend lanes, and make every attempt to keep all 4 wheels on or inside the lines that define those pits lanes. Drivers must enter the pit entry lane at its beginning or front, with at least 2 tires of the same side of the car entering the front of the entry lane (read no last second diving in). A car leaving the pits has full rights to the pit exit blend lane. Oncoming drivers must yield that portion of the track, up until the end of the blend lane, only if the blend lane is occupied by a car leaving the pits.

Voice and text chats are for racing purposes only. Off topic chatter is not allowed by drivers or 'spectators'

'Spectators' are defined as people in the room, but not on track. They are subject to all rules and discipline. Off topic chatter from spectators, by voice or text, is not allowed.
