It's a standard. It's known as the Clio and the Lutecia Trophy cars.

Oh and you should probably set the topic to "Request" rather then "Tune." Just saying.

I have a tune if you really want one, but I found this car to be amazing already and not really in need of one

I left the rest standard and it is great to drive with Racing hard. (standard horsepower and gears / LSD)
