Yeah, what he said.
Also if you want a better power to weight ratio (I MEAN VERY SLIGHTLY) you should buy the used Renault Clio Renault Sport V6 24V Phase 1. It offers lighter weight, and has the color black and gray available. This is the exact model that the race cars were made of. (and detuned from the race models.

) Both of these car drive similar, but the older clio V6 has a rev limiter much past the redline, unlike the new clio. This can help you if you are using manual trasmission, because you won't get penalised as much. The older one handles slightly better, and easier to tune IMO. You should set the LSD to 35/20/30. These cars can get very drifty, and uncivilized, even with GT4's lack of oversteer. So suspension tuning is a MUST. Downforce at 20-25 front and 30 rear, after you buy a wing, should be added if you are having trouble. Bob would have trouble on Deep Forest Raceway if you lower the car too much, since if he hits the curbing, he spins out RIGHT on the last lap on the second last corner. This is when you fully modify your clio, or mostly modifying it. I thought I would share this information with you, since I don't want you throwing your PS2 in blind rage mode after that happens to you, since it happened to me numerous times when Bob was driving.
When I have time, I will post settings.
EDIT: Remember to not let off the gas too much while turning sharp, since MR cars usually would start drifting due to lift off throttle oversteer. If you do get in a drift, hold X, so the rear wheels can push out of the drift, countersteering is never needed, unless you have MASSIVE oversteer to correct. Countersteering too much in GT4 will throw you into another drift, usually ending up head first into a wall.
