The rules could be construed as self-contradictory; they say "Location: Any Track"but then say "Photo Travel: Yes".

In short, Photo Travel should be okay by the process of consequential inclusion.

I think you're wrong there- it gives gives a specific answer to what tracks are allowed, and whether photomode is or isn't. Either way it should probably be discussed in the photomode discussion thread

Here's the Original, and an actual Infrared i've taken. I have a D40 that i use for IR so the color doesn't turn out the best, but it turns out decent, so that's what i tried to mimic. In the Real shot, the Panoz roadster was blue, and the 67 Charger was red.

Fake infrared never works.

I guess i should post one from my EVO set...

While my week 9 entry languishes just far enough behind the leaders to actually see them, but not close enough to catch them (sorta like when I drive the FGT series), I figured it was time to try again.

As always, the competition is fierce - and it seems the stiffest competition (Moglet, Revolution, I'm looking at you two!) opted to post for team Mitsu... so sad, really.

Fortunately, we've got some quality competition from the Subaru side (TVR&Ferrari Fan, boozybloke), but as a Suby owner myself, I figured I'd throw my hat in the ring on the side of the boxer engines.
