[Revolution.]

• Do not vote for your own entry.
• Have confidence in your entry; don't try to sway the poll.
• Poll is up until the week's Saturday.
• In the event of a tie, a 24 hour poll is created to end Sunday.
• In the event of a second tie, judge's vote is deciding factor.
• This poll decides the Public Vote winner. The Judge's Choice winner is decided at the start
  of the voting by the judge and will be announced with the close of the public vote so as
  not to sway votes.
• The Judge's Choice winner will be notified and asked to choose the theme category for
  the following week, Graphics or Manipulation.
• Public Vote winners have 48 hours to get their new theme in the JC's chosen category to the host.
• If the winner can't provide it in time, the runner-up gets to choose.

I would just like to take this opportunity to remind everybody that art is subjective, so if you didn't make the poll, don't get too upset!

I was torn between andrea's minimalist BMW and rpanico14's fiery 908, so I had to resort to nitpicking.

rpanico left the GT5 watermark in, so I voted for the BMW. The 908 is a very close second though.

Because art is subjective. I'm disappointed that CCXRacer (or myself while we're at it ) didn't make the poll, but it was Raphaele's call and I respect that.

As I said, in my opinion every entrant of this competition has proved to be an artist.
But in my eyes the capability of drawing alone doesn't make a winner by default. At least there has to be a creative idea or a stunning uniqueness or strong visual attraction or technical/manual perfection. For this last category both of the hand-drawings were awarded with 3 out of 3 points.
Both have proved their talent and I appreciate that.

My Furai was all photoshop but I see what you're saying. I finally settled on the FT86 👍

Im sure the judge was 100% happy with his decision. He could have 'done better' in your eyes but he was the judge, not you....

All of them are excellent but I like the 458 with the F1 car as graffiti on the building behind it. Nice idea.

Oh and the hand drawn Furai was also good. Is there a reason it got disqualified?

The Furai wasn't disqualified - Raphaele simply didn't choose it as part of his Top 20.

I already thanked Revolution who suggested to extend the poll from 12 to 20. So I was happy to give additional eight artists the chance to come in the poll.
But I'm unhappy that eight of you did not make it due to the limit above.

I had to award 20 out of 28 entries to come in the poll.
This was very hard and painful, but finally I had to come to a decision.
Picking the Top Ten wasn't that hard, but selecting the other 10 from 18 left...

I awarded three points each for these categories:
1. creative idea (3 points)
2. uniqueness (3 points)
3. decorative attraction (3 points)
4. manual and technical perfection (3 points)
So the maximum were 12 points: The Judge's Choice.

I'm proud of that mind-blowing result of the theme, in spite of some oddities.
