Wow, shocked mine is up when some of the other entries are not. I was kind of looking forward to voting for the Ford/Ferrari pic. Voted for the F1/Veyron shot instead. That is quite a rivalry there and a great looking photo.

It was very hard choice. First we've (my girlfriend helped me to pick entries and to write on keybord as I had motorbike accident two days ago and had hands in bandages ) picked all photos that we like, and ended with... 35 of them. Then it was the matter of small things that counted out some pohotos. About 13 photos went straight to the pool, so I had to drop 15 entries that I really liked

DrummingKing I don't know what to say. Your photo was really good and I don't have any particular reason why it didn't make it. I just like other 20 more.

BMXmitchYou were one of the last that dropped out. Only reasy was too much sharpening and a little too much exposure. Location and setup was amazing. As I said, small things.

MetalBeerSolid I loved car choice. It was lacking sense of motion and overexposed sky. You were also one of last counted out, becouse I really loved theme in this one.

incendius it was very close. I loved composition, car choice, location and theme approach, but it was a little too blurry.

JediRage effects on photo were great. It didn't make it becouse I didn't like composition that much. Vette was too near to edge and it covered Ford too much

And maybe your right. I put the sharpening and exposure a bit to high. I tried to make it look really bright. Tried to give it a real strong and warm sunny-city-day-look. Like the sun could burn bacon on the hoods..

Hmm. Okay. I should probably start not using filters because this is the second time I haven't made the poll because of my filter use. Also if I think about it another way, it gives me a challenge to get great shots without the use of filters.

Yeah, motion is a little hard to convey when you take a picture of two parked cars.

Thanks BMXmitch, it was lowside at around 90kph. Withouth proper gear I would be in hospital now. Leather gloves didn't make it so i have injured hands. Also bike felll on my knee and it hurts a little. At this speed it could endvery badly, so I'm glad that me and bike have only minor injuries.

That is a great idea but I have to ask (and I am sorry if I sound like a noob) but what is this lightroom that everyone is talking about. And is there an easy way for me to get it?

Google Adobe Lightroom 3. Nice soft but very slow,and overpriced as everything from them.

I agree with this. If you're going to edit it outside GT5 anyway, no point in using in game filters. Unless you get the perfect base pic from in game.

Sorry to hear about the accident Abraxas, the guy in the car hit and run. That's a pretty serious offence.

I feel the same Dennis! It's really dissapointing when you put lots of blood and sweat in you pic, get positive feedback and then don't make it...
It somehow feels like.....if I am really thinking I got a good pic and may can pull a win, I fail miserably.
And if I enter a snapshot, or just one I didn't took that much afford for, I get a win or at least lots of votes.
Its damn weird!

But just to let you know, I like your shot more than some in the poll


Also, I don't want to blaim Abraxas. Its a damn hard job to judge the Comp and to please everybody.
It's just that dissapointment that comes when you really want to win a comp and didn't even get in the poll...
