Further explanation of the theme:
Welcome to Summer Special Week! Or rather two weeks. This competition will run for two weeks,
it has two themes and two judges: last week's finalists bmxmitch and 725. You can enter
two final entries, one for each theme. There will be poll for each theme and a final poll for winners,
if you do very well you could be fighting yourself in the final!
I asked both judges to to give us the coolest car/track combo they could think of and got two
very different ideas (just perfect for this week). Here is what they said:
bmxmitch: "I know it isn't the coolest car, but it helps the earth to stay cool.
To help the earth and us, I want you to take the Tesla on Mt.Aso. I'm not sure how
it feels in other countries, but here in Germany the summer gets crazier year over year.
Rainy, cold and then for a few weeks extremely hot. Its really time to do something for our
environment. So get your 600hp Lambo back in your garage and take the Tesla to a
nice summer trip!"
725: "Due to the recent release of Transformers, I remembered how cool american
muscle cars used to be, show me the best picture you can get with
undoubtedly one of the coolest cars on the most striking track theme in GT5."
Theme 1 by bmxmitch: Tesla Roadster '08 at Mt. Aso
Theme 2 by 725: Chevrolet Camaro Z28 '69 (premium) at Toscana tarmac
So there it is. Do both themes and have fun! (Note: in theme 2 you can use any time of day
on the track, RM version of the car not allowed.)
