This week is to be a Head to Head week to mark our arrival at week 10. There will be a poll of
6 entries for each 'side' followed by a final poll for the two winners. Good luck everyone and
thank you all for your participation over the last 9 weeks.

Further explaination of the theme as given by ashes619.

"What is your preferred place to take a photo. On the track or in a quiet little location."
This is a very open theme, so choose your side Photomode or Photo Travel and let those
creative juices flow.

Cars: Any - only one in shot.
Locations: Any.
Phototravel: Yes.
Unique Restrictions: Only one car in shot.

This Thread will answer many possible questions you may have.

• Be reminded that on a H2H week, only the best 6 entries each side will get through to the poll.

These are the following that missed the poll and why.

All these reasons are only MY opinion so don't get too down on what I have to say.

Spretz - The way you cut out the rest of the car in that shot was not of my liking. The image was also a tad too dark for me.

bmxmitch - Sadly was not a high quality image from you IMO. It really looked like the car didn't belong and the colours didn't work well together.

gottago2 - The image was too dark and the composition wasn't great.

matt-mtb - As much as I liked your shot, I had to disqualify it as it had been used in your gallery. Sorry.

As for the other entries, I haven't checked to see if they have been used or not. Hopefully they have followed the rules.

EDIT : Just want to say, Please don't hate my for what I said.

Sadly Nato is not a moderator and SlipZtrEm mustn't really care too much about this competition.

Not 100% sure but I think it's just a matter of time and popularity. If the comp has a strong following and keeps on going it could eventually be picked up as an official comp. I believe the CCCL started out this way.

I'm glad you enjoy it - afterall that's entirely the point. It doesn't really make much difference if the comp is official or not. It just means I can't use the 'official' comp banners - no problem as I made my own custom banners and based them on the official ones to keep things familiar to everyone. And of course there's no sticky for the poll.
