Further explaination of the theme as given by NTX.

"Only street cars from 1990 to 1999"

NTX is going away on vacation and will be unable to judge this week. In his absence I have
appointed a "Mystery Judge". Entries this week will be sent to me and then I will anonymously
forward to the judge.

Cars: Any 90's street car.
Locations: Any.
Phototravel: Yes.
Unique Restrictions: No Concept, Race, Rally or Formula cars.

Please, ensure you read and understand all requirements for this competition. Failure to follow
the rules may result in disqualification. If you have questions, send me a Private Message.

This Thread will answer many possible questions you may have.

• Be reminded that only the best 10 entries will get through to each poll.

I failed to make it with my entry. I believe this car is in the 90's and this is one of my favorite shots.

I admit, maybe it should have less brightness and more blur in the shot but I feel this shot would easily beat some of them up there.

It's moments like these (2 from 2 Today) I feel like quitting competitions .

Also SVX, Don't take this offensively. I'm just in a bad mood today but I know everyone has there personal opinions.

I failed to make it with my entry. I believe this car is in the 90's and this is one of my favorite shots.

I admit, maybe it should have less brightness and more blur in the shot but I feel this shot would easily beat some of them up there.

The brightness on the front is maybe a bit to high, but otherwise if you would've lowered it, it would have looked to dark. The pic is great like it is. Really clean and great positioned.👍

But I know how you feel. I managed to pull a few wins in the last weeks, but now I barely make it in any poll. Maybe its because I have not much time and afford when it comes to taking pics lately, maybe its just bad luck.
But TVR said the same a few weeks back and one or two weeks later he won a competition again.
So I wouldn't think of quitting Ashes....especially you! Your pictures are really really good and surely will get a win soon (or at least manage to get in a poll )

Hmm. My entry went to Nato_777 and after hearing these comments I am starting to think I had sent it too late.
It was sent on the 20th at 3:17PM in GMT +9:30

By the way, I am still going to enter competitions but a couple more weeks for me (Unless I know I put up a average shot.)

The brightness I used looked better in the game and I hear that a lot around here. I would of thought the pictures would look the same on computer as it would on the game.

Hi Ashes. That is a great entry. The only thing was that there were two F1 photos, but the one that got in the poll, I felt it suited the F1 more as the F1 was known for its groundbreaking top speed.

As I said before. These are the best shots in my opinion. Anyway, Ashes could of got it in, but I thought the F1 that is in the poll suited the F1 better as the F1 is known for its top speed.

That is very true, and it could be unfair. I don't think there was a stationary car. If the poll size was 11 or 12, Ashes would of most probably got in.
