I should clarify: That portion of the rules applies to two-option polls. Since the previous tie-breaker had three options, this one will (ideally) distribute the votes from that.

I deleted the poll by accident. Unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of the results, but it should be noted that @Raphaele won over @TaSiMa by a single vote (7 versus 6).

Sorry about that guys. If either of you would like, I can re-add the poll and do another 24H one. If you're okay with the stated results, however, I'll need a theme from @Raphaele.
