Don't jinx yourself.Who, Me ? That's just me having faith in my entry for once.

Pretty disappointing selection for the polls
How does a close up of a light cluster fit the theme which was about the track!!
I voted for the image of the 2 cars facing each other. It's completely unique and well shot, but still fits the theme.
Well I thought that I got a good pic, there are no trees or fireworks...
Not a single firework or lit tree in the poll..
Thanks for choosing me to be polled.
So glad that I can make it for my very first entry of photo competition.
but seems my shot was just too straight forward and normal.
would have to improve myself.
Cheers

Very surprised about almost half of the pictures that made the poll. Many of them are just "snap shots" of 1 car.... that's hardly groundbreaking photography.
But hey, good luck to everyone who made it! 👍
It's totally against the rules to vote for yourself, FishyJuice and TT-21! I suppose you're too immature to be in the poll and I am sorry I've chosen you.
Maybe straightforward, but it's one of the few pictures that actually has the "shuto battle atmosphere". Well done.
It's really not possible to choose it like: 5 tunnel shots, 3 fireworks shots, 2 rain shots, 3 details, and so It just comes naturally.
I was never aiming for grounbreaking photography, for me it just has to be good picture, pleasant to look at and within the boundaries of the theme.
What the 🤬!?
I voted for myself, Oh crap.
I really need to give more attention to where that dot comes. I was supposed to be voting for Moglet, can you change?

Firstly: Which rules are you refering to? I've read through all the rule pages and cannot find a single mention of this... Happy to admit I'm wrong if you can find it but if it is in the official rules, it sure isn't very obvious... That leads me to my second point:
If someone does break the rules, the mature thing to do would be to contact them privately, make them aware they've done the wrong thing (as mentioned above it may not be very clear what is and what isn't allowed). It may have been a mistake. You may feel free to delete their entry if their response doesn't convince you. What isn't mature is to bag them out straight away on a public forum, especially as you are the host...
Now, I'm sorry I voted for my own image, I wasn't aware it was frowned upon (or against the rules) I presumed it was common practice. I won't do it again... Seeing as I have 1 vote I don't think it's going to ruin the competition... but sorry anyway.
I'm not sure if it's possible to undone the voting, but you can try send Private Message to Nicknamealguem.
You're lucky that the host of this competiton doesn't care about this, contrary of the 2.0 competiton host.
Wait wait wait? Who said I don't care about this? The entries are disqualified, end of discussion, but it is totally impossible for me to remove them from poll. If anyone has voted for himself and that shots ends to be the most voted or second most voted shot, that person won't be able to choose and judge a theme.
(perhaps the rules could also benefit from some rewording to leave less room for interpretation)
?

Oh, and, in another note, congrats to Moglet for the winning, well done.
Well done Mog. And your first win? I'm surprised to hear that!
My vote wouldn't have changed the outcome much. Congratz, fantastic lighting in your shot.My first PMC win! Thanks to all who voted, it means a lot that I was finally able to achieve a win in each type of contest!
