The jaggies on that is a big reason why. Also the camera is angled a bit too high.
A tip, don't take too many shots with smoke in it. 👍

the front with the jaggies really looks awful! Sorry dude, but yours simply can't compete against those who are in the poll.
The one good thing your picture has is the atmosphere.👍 The blue sky and the dusk fit very well together. But when my eyes reach the car, its all gone....sadly

@ThaSyn: I did like yours, but it was just lacking "something" that made it right. As nanabu says it might be the location that was lacking.

@NascarManiaco99 and MetalBeerSolid: Again, I liked both of your entries, but they both lacked the "speed/excitement" element that I wanted (and did put in the further explanation)

@BoosterKiller: Yours didn't have the right light balance I felt, plus the headlight shine was very pixelated and ruined the picture. Nice idea though

You totally used the miniature filter in a wrong way. For me it looks way to blurry. But thats just me, maybe the judge had other problems with it, but I'm pretty sure that this is one of the major issues.
Miniature filters should only used from farther away!

i made it look darker so it'd look faster and if you think it's too dark it's just a matter of taste and i accept that.
about the headlights, that's one of the things i hate most about gt5's camera.. the lights allways get in the way of a good picture imo.. they're just too bright..

so yeah pretty good explanation from you i just wished i wasn't beaten by the blur lol. about the lighting again, i don't really remember how the photo looked like on my pc screen because i'm using the ps3 right now but sometimes a good photo on my tv just looks terrible on the pc.. i wish there was universal settings for all screens lol
