Hello all.
When I start the race with either the 370GT/G37 or the Gran Turismo version of the 370GT/G37 I push triangle, nothing happens. I tried with both cars and it didn't work. The gear is on manual, the setting is on manual clutch etc etc.
I just can't get it working with the car I want it most to work on.
I tried the Subi Impreza STi and it worked......
I'd love some help!
Thank y'all!

hahaha I had the same problem dude... when a car doesn't have a clutch in real life the game cars wont either. It's ****** but it's more interesting that way.

There are a few cars in 5P that are correctly modeled as automatic. The car you've noticed, plus the IS-F, SL55, and maybe more that I can't think of right now.
There are a couple others (Evo X and R35 GT-R to start) which also correctly don't have H-pattern available.

A search here would likely cough up a full list.

The 370GT in GT5P is actually modelled on the Automatic version, you might have noticed it shifts like a automatic (like the SL55 AMG, ISF all torque converter based automatics) and hence no clutch option. Strange thing is the driver still reaches down to the shifter although he theoretically could be using a sports select mode on the Automatic. I have previously pointed out some of these things before with the 370GT coupe and the 350GT sedan (which shifts like a manual but has no floor shifting animation).

Yeah, those are paddle shift (sequential mode) car so they have automatic clutch. The Nissan GT-R and F430 are too.
The driver doesn't reach for the paddles because there's no paddle shift animation in GT5P (except for the Ferrari F1 car) because some car have paddle mount on the steering wheel and some on the steering column (but they will in GT5 as see in those new videos).
