Cockpit audio question

I just got a Honda Prelude seat last night and now I have all the components I need to build cockpit #2 and go head-to-head on two TV's. Whoo hoo!
I am planning on using separate headphones for each cockpit but I only have one stereo receiver with a headphone output.
What is the cheapest/easiest way to get the audio output from the second PS2 into a pair of stereo headphones? Can I do it just with a Y-adapter and some cables from Radio Shack or do a need an actual stereo receiver or a two-channel mixer or something?
Or maybe I'll just have to use headphones for driver #1 and TV audio for driver #2.
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Can you not just attach headphones1 to TV1, and headphones2 to TV2?

That's a good point. Maybe I use my stereo receiver for one system, and use a TV output for the other, but I guess I will still need some kind of adapter or something to turn the red and white output cables into something I can plug headphones into. I know my TV's don't have headphone outputs.

Are you sure? Every TV I've ever had, has had a headphone output.

This is what I thought until my wife dropped our tv on the floor - it had a headphone socket; my brother gave us a spare tv he had - it did not have a headphone socket. It would seem that very little can be taken for granted.

No headphone outputs. I'll probably get to spend some time working on this over the weekend. I'll post whatever solution I come up with.

Edit: found the perfect solution. I got a pair of old computer speakers from a friend. They have a R and L RCA input and a head phone output, with volume, bass, and treble knobs right on the front. Works perfectly, and sounds really good in the headphones. Now I just have some carpentry details to work out on the cockpit and I'll be racing 2-up!
