Whats up I don't own GT4 or a PS2 yet(plan on getting it) but I do have xbox and Forza with a steering wheel.
I was just wondering about how much it would cost to build my own racing cockpit. Maybe I can also draw up plans for everyone else. I plan on making it out of wood and getting a used car seat with the sliders so it can be adjusted for short/tall people.
So what has everyone payed for a used car seat in the junk yard? And whats your total cost so far in building your rig.
I plan on having actual sides on my setup and somehow directly mounting the wheel so you can't see the rest of it just the wheel and shifter(DFP). I don't want to have some thrown together look I want a pretty descent looking setup. It would be awesome to hook up 4 PS2's and 4 wheels and 4 cockpits and do some racing with friends. I live in Arizona City (by Casa Grande) if anyone would want to hook up and play some GT4 or Forza PM me, or help me build the cockpit.
