codes for wheels

Hey everybody. I was wondering if a certain code exsist. I'm looking for a code where you can change the wheels on ALL cars. Including the race cars that the game don't allow you to do. I know some of the race cars can be done like the NSX RACE CAR and a few others. I want to put new shoes on cars like the BENTLEY RACE CAR, ect. I know that you could do so in 3, so why not 4. In 3, you could put shoes on a GT-ONE and make it look better than it does. I want to do the same in 4. I already know about the blue tire code (which doesn't work) that's not what I'm looking for.
