Though mentioned in the online manual, not seeing a direct way to input RGB values, just HSV which values go only up to 100

Is this a misprint or am I completely missing something

"You can also directly input RGB values into the Colour Picker to select a colour. Within the
Colour Picker panel adjust the individual sliders for "R", "G" and "B" values and then
press the "OK" button to confirm the clour. "

In the french version of the manual, they say "T", "S" and "V" (so H S V in english) in the same line.
So I guess it is a misprint of your country.

Lack of proof reading by PD :irked:, not quit directly inputting.

What I've found is using a converter, convert RGB to HSV, then take the hue "H" value divide by 3.60 will then equal GT Sports "H" value, the other HSV values can be imputed directly.

Yup, that. I'm hoping they will make an update that will change the H scale to 360 soon but you've got what works.

If you use something like colorizer.org you can use one of the many scales to find the HSV and then divide the H by 3.6 as you said. Best way I've found to match a known value from any color scale.
