Community tab?

Hey guys, any idea where the community tab is? Or how to unlock it? Still got license tests to do so I imagine it pops up with one of them? Searched for 30 minutes here, couldn't find anything.

It got removed with the v1.01 patch. Guess PD aren't ready to let us have it yet.

They said that the community features will come in a later update.
