In addition to this thread:- At-a-glance AI pit strategies for the 16 Endurance races.

I've also been working on trying to compile a list of all the AI entrants and their pit strategies for the Endurance races.
This is what I have so far, and its a little way off complete. So if you've run an endurance, or will be running an endurance any time soon, see if you can take a few notes about when the AI pits (and which car they're driving) and post them here so I can add them to the list. :cheers:

Thanks for the offer of the information, which I'm sure folks will find useful, but I'm going to keep this thread specific to the Endurance Hall alone. :guilty:

It's a great idea though, I was also offered the AI pit strategies for the F1 races in the other thread too, but again I chose to keep it endurance specific. :guilty:

If you want to start a thread regarding all the possible entrants and pit strategies for the 1000 miles! I'm sure it would be appreciated, and you could do like I have and throw it open to contributions from everyone. 👍

Once you have a semi-complete list, PM one of the Mods and request that the link be included in the FAQ section so that other members can easily find it.

That's quite possible. You'll notice for some cars there's a single lap value, for others there's a range. The cars aren't necessarily consistent about when they pit in. You can run against a car once and it will pit on Lap X. Try again and it may still pit on Lap X, or it may pit earlier on Lap Y or later on Lap Z.
This guide tries to reflect this. You may find a car that makes it's first stop on, say, Lap 15 would then be expected to pit again on Lap 30. This sometimes isn't the case either, the car may pit on Lap 29, or later on Lap 31. In this case I have listed the pit interval as Lap 14-16.
I have now updated the Tsukuba 9hr entries to reflect your findings, and added you to the credits at the top of the page. Thanks for your help and keep any entries that you have which aren't already on the list coming.👍
 
Two more for the Nurburgring 4h.

The Mustang SVT Cobra R pits at L5.

And the Opel Speedster Turbo pits at L5, after drifting around on red tires and literally crashing at every other corner.

All of these cars already have records listed in this thread, but this is what I got (slightly different) in my race of Tokyo.

The lap numbers recorded in this thread is what is listed here, bold is what I saw.

Not really related, but it seemed like the Au Cerumo and the Zexel were twins....from the start of the race they were always within a second of each other, and always pitted at exactly the same time.

Anyways, I just finished Super Speedway. It was actually kinda fun because of the rate I was lapping the Camaro and the fact that I was trying to lap the Sauber (which I did once I got to lap 90:D)


Anyhoo here's my AI's pitting laps for Super Speedway 150, this was a very odd race as the pitting by the AI was very erratic. Bold is what I recorded.

Actually, you don't have to have the quality posts badge & 300 points to be able to give reputation. Click the red tick and you'll see, according to your user profile, you've been a member for over 2 years, so that's 2 points of reputation altering power that you have. Well the RE Amemiya I used the first time got me a 130 point race. I am not the best of drivers, so it wouldn't be too hard for the likes of yourself to win in that little beastie.

So how well would the FTO do in the Suzuka 1000km?
 
The following is my notes for the GVS 300km race after doing 28 b-spec races up to the first set of pit stops. Thus, the sequence for pit stops could alter later in the race.

I've transcribed missing info from those links, and it's helped to complete a few races, and left us with only a few gaps:-

That's 24 missing entries, out of a possible 362 endurance entries! 👍

@George Morley, if you'd take time to actually read the first post in a thread instead of posting before you know what it's actually about, you'd realise that the list in post #1 (and I don't wish to sound too Famine-esque here!) matches yours more or less exactly, minus the spelling mistakes ;), and has the pit strategies for the El Capitan 200 miles Endurance race for every car except 3 of them. :dunce: Which is actually what this thread is about.....

Without wishing to sound harsh, this is the second place I've encountered your unbridled enthusiasm, which is creditable, but is offset by your blinkered need to post everywhere without really understanding what is going on. :guilty: In the other thread, I asked you twice to read the first post, and then by PM, and you still managed not to do what I'd asked, and replied by PM with the information, still in the wrong format. :dopey:
Please take note of what Duke had to say regarding caffeine and primates with regard to your first 9 locked threads, and lay off the coffee/tea/coke/red bull and read what has been added to the thread, as well as the thread title before adding another post, having only read the last post in the thread. It will make you a more constructive member of GT Planet.
There is no prize for making an inconsequential post in every single thread on GTP.
