Okay so I just started this game about an hour ago I cant figure out how to tune any parts I already own in this damn game it just skips over the center section in the tuning part. For instance I am trying to get into a race that requires 500 pp but for the life of me cant figure out how to turn down my power limiter or make any adjustment to anything before hand in the main menu any help would be appreciated this is bugging the hell out of me. I may need a step by step lol.

Have you fully updated the game? If not you'll need to download all the updates as the earlier versions didn't have everything working.

everything is fully updated I actually tuned my power limiter already once today but for some strange reason i cant even highlight the thing now or anything for that matter. Lets just say say i wanted to switch tires for fun i cant even do that without even trying to enter a race.

i enter my garage through the main menu select a car go to the tune screen select engine then the options in the center of the screen pop up but the cursor just flies right over them thats my issue.

You need to go into the car settings if you want to reduce your car's power using the power limiter. You go into engine settings, then you select power limiter. Reduce power as desired. There
