Ok, so I've been doing B-spec races a lot lately, and just gotten into the endurance races, however the current one is proving to be difficult, because the drivers seem to be exhausted :s

It's currently the 172 lap endurance, and I'm using 4 drivers (level 33, 31, and 2 28s).
For the first 90ish laps, they did great, each pushing out 9-12 laps (pitting once at 10%) however, currently, they're on lap 120, and they can barely manage 3 laps now. I haven't been telling them to increase pace at all, and they're spinning out a great deal. I was just wondering if this was normal?

Should I use 6 drivers when doing an endurance such as this?
Is it too much to expect them to do this much?
They're getting some pretty good times. I have them doing it in the Escudo Dirt Trial Car and it's wiping the floor with the competition. Currently 7 laps ahead of them, with an average lap time of 2 minutes.

Cheers

Are they spinning out, or just returning to the pits? If they're returning prematurely to the pits, click on the button on the lower right that says "Pit Strategy" and there should be something about pitting when the driver strength is low. Set this to off and you should no long have this problem.

Nope. Spinning out. Constantly. :(

Running into other people as well. Theyre not even that close to losing all physical strength.

You can't use 6 drivers on an Endurance race the maximum is 4 and each race will tell you how many drivers you can use. Some only allow 2 drivers!

Don't really know why your Bob's are suddenly driving badly other than they are probably not fully recovering in between stints but normally that just makes them run a bit more slowly and pit more frequently.

Try reducing the pit strategy to zero to keep them out longer and increase the recovery time for the non racing Bobs but keep an eye on things after doing this as sometimes this can lead to other problems like the Bobs running too long on tyres. They then run out of grip part way round the lap then really lose time and spin out A LOT until they can get back to the pit.

What do you mean increase the recovery time? I take it the recovery time is limited to how long the next driver is out there? I take it you can't adjust it yourself?

No you can't adjust it. The only thing you can do is make each driver take a longer stint and one of the ways to do that with B spec is reduce the pit strategy to zero % which means they stay out until either tyres or fuel are depleted enough to warrant a pit in.
