concept cars?

how the hell do you get the concept cars?  like that one tommy kaira ZZ II or whatever..... how do you get those?

you can win the ZZll in professional   MR challenge

Every car you can't buy in the dealers right away you will have to either unlock in the arcade mode as you progress, or you will have to win it in a specific race. The special tuner cars you can only get by winning a race or race series. I don't have any idea where you get the ZZII, I'm sure you can find it on one of the lists either in the past posts on this forum or at some place like IGN.
