All right, here we go! Last stop before Detroit...

I hope our Seahawks can keep the good mojo going. With no real running threat on the Carolina side, the Seahawks have the option to swarm around Steve Smith, and if they can successfully keep him in check, they should have an excellent chance to win the game. Probably no Peppers to contend with either...

I think the Steelers will beat Denver. They've got a freight train of momentum behind them, and Jake Plummer is due for an Arizona-esque game. Let's just hope the refs don't start making up rules about Troy Polamalu's hair touching the ground

hmm. goings is good. while we should focus on smith, we cant just let him run wild. he can put up hundred yarders. id actually like to see goings/morris in this game.

The Broncos will beat the Steelers, who had trouble beating the Bengals convincingly even though they didn't have their star player.

The 'Hawks will beat Carolina - but it will be a shootout. I expect to see Alexander a lot with a lot of clock management by the 'Hawks to keep the Carolina offense off the feild. Carolina's only hope is to neutralize Alexander - which will put them back on the feild. I don't think they'll do that because it'll be painful. They'll give up a lot of points to the seahawk passing game if they focus on Alexander, but they'll have a better chance that way since they'll get on the feild with time to play.

I still have doubt in Seattle...so i'm guessin' Carolina. AND the Broncos look like they got this one...but Steelers are clickin'. IF the Steelers dont get the run game goin...then it's definitely Broncos...

Carolina's D are backfield hunters. Seattle needs to whore out Shaun for some big yards, and then hit the PA pass from the left side.

I feel that the NFC championship game will be the best of the season. Better than the Superbowl.

Steelers wiil beat the Broncos if they are able to run the ball. I'm not sure who is gunna win between Seattle and Carolina its a toss up. I don't think Carolina will be hurt the much without Foster. Goings has proven he can run too.

Wow did the Steelers look great today! Once again they silenced all of their critics and had their most convincing win of the playoffs yet.

There are riots in downtown Pittsburgh right now, I can only imagine what'll happen if they win the Super Bowl.

I've only witnessed one Steeler Super Bowl in my life 11 years ago, when they played Dallas (A team full of future hall of famers) and lost. Although they seem to be underdogs every week, I think that they'll be favorites going into the Super Bowl. Even if they're not, though, they always seem to win as underdogs.

Also, Roethlisberger is for real. He was perfect today...and people call him a system QB, psssssh!

How prophetic ;)

Did I not say the Steelers would go to the superbowl during week 1? Go dig up the thread if need be.

This will be one to remember. I'll be happy for whoever wins.

Ok, so I underrated the Steelers - perhaps it was wishful thinking on my part. Regardless, they played quite well on Sunday and knocked off an excellent team at home. They earned their way to the superbowl and I'm happy for Bettis to be able to have that in his last season.

Seattle showed the world that they can play defense. I did not anticipate that Seattle would play better D than the bears, but it came down to more of a coaching strategy than a matter of talent. Boy did delhomme look bad during that game!

Alexander had a decent game, but hopefully the world respects Hasselbeck and his receivers quite a bit more following that show. Hasselbeck's number one go-to guy Jeruvicious (I have no idea how to spell that, but that has been his main target), must have been drawing major coverage because he barely had a catch.

I'm 50% with my picks again.
