Confused on B-Spec Points

ok I have a little over 8,000 B-Spec points and like 3,600 A spec points, I am currently finish the Sariah <-----(not spelled right) #2 Endurance race, (Go me) But Is it good to have a lot of B-spec points and if so Does count as "Experiance" For your driver or does that just say your a lazy ass and dont want to do the work????

And can you explain why there are points, I dont get it, Ya Ya I know.

ok the b-spec points is like experience for your b-spec driver (aka BOB) that is out of 10,000 total possible b-spec points and then there is 3 catagories your driver is rated in one is machine skill next course skill then finally battle skill and th closer you are to 10,000 b-spec points the better your driver will drive and also use the search button on the top right hand corner of this page you will probably find alot more than with making a new thread and taking up valuable bandwidth so next time you have a question use the search button instead of the new thread button

Just to elaborate:

10,000 possible points
3 skill categories with 100 possible points each: Machine, Course, and Battle
You can find the skill categories in the same place as your b-spec points on the "stats" screen.

Actually the total B-spec points have no effect on your B-spec driver's performance. Only the skill points (Machine, Course, Battle) affect B-spec performance.

The total B-spec points are just like A-spec points in that they are used as a scoring system/gauge of achievement/bragging rights, but have no effect on gameplay, they don't unlock any special features, and do not effect game completion.

Well...indirectly the total points do effect the B-spec performance. It isn't possible to have 100 Course, Battle, and Machine points without having 10,000 total poinst.

But you are correct in saying the Machine, Course, and Battle points are what increases your B-spec drivers ability.
