Hi all,
I'm a long term sim racer who's wanting to return...It's been about 5 years or so! I have a 8020 rig that's currently in storage...it is basically what you see here: but with triple screens and a direct drive wheel and button box mount on the side.
I currently don't have the space for both a desk and a rig. What I want to do is somehow customize my rig so I can use it as a work station (work a desk job 5 days a week) and a sim rig. Does anyone know of any custom 8020 designers who would be interested in helping me do this? (obviously not for free haha).
My vision is having moveable parts so you can then bring up a desk type space in front for my work laptop with room for a mouse. Even some retractable arm rests or something.
Keen to hear what people think/if you know anyone who might be able to help.
