Convert GT5 Gamesave Region

I have a USA PSN account and my game was region3 and I bought a DLC pack; the DLC pack did not work because of the region problem. So I bought a Region 1 version of the game so that my DLC pack would work. But because my game is region 1 my previous gamesave/progress(region 3) does not work with my new GT5(region 1)

My question is, can I convert my previous region 3 gamesave/progress for it to work with my new region 1 game?

P.S.: I had to use a USA account because Philippines is not available in the choices when creating a PSN account
