Converting FLAC to MP3 troubles

Im having trouble finding a suitable program to convert FLAC to 320kbps mp3.
Any suggestions would be awesome, and if i have to buy a full version i probably wont like it. lol

I know im compressing the file, so i will lose some sound quality (barely any imo)

I use All2MP3... and changed the FLACs I get into 320kbps MP3s.

@Submerged, I remember using handbrake a while ago (like 3 years) and i dont remember liking it all that much. But since you reminded me of it, i might try a little harder to use it.

Initially it is a bit bewildering to use at first. Once you have some default options and understand what is needed, it starts to become a bit easier to use. I have the program even though I rarely use it as I don't have a need for it and still sometimes wonder: "Which option do I need now?!" when I get stuck.

Audacity is also very good with FLAC to MP3 or any other format you need.
