This is textbook "Meh" for a race car. It was conceived, did some racing, and didn't do too much special. It lived, but didn't exist. So my call is "Meh."

A low-budget refresh of the previous year's car using a year old Benetton gearbox, which ironically became a point of controversy after Larousse ended up being a scapegoat for Benetton's pit row fire at the German GP that year. Then after the disastrous events at San Marino they had to rebuild a bunch of new components to new specs and all the money earmarked for next year's development evaporated.

Maybe if they hadn't decided to build their cars in-house in a failed attempt to get Peugeot factory engines it would have been different, but woulda coulda shoulda.

Uncool, for being the sad misguided sputter at the end of a team who had a short but very bizarre history (one of the original team owners was imprisoned for murdering his wife, and then a later financier escaped a police raid by using a hand grenade).
