where is it sent after you complete the Copland mission?

i didnt get to read the thing that comes up on the screen for i answered my phone and it went away.

It is sent to the VCPD HQ in washington beach

Yeah, the clothes are in the same place after the mission. Just run in real quick and grab them. After you do, the cop at the counter won't pay any attention.

How can i get to do this mission? I have done all the Haitan missions, and i am about to do the second Cuban Mission. I also have to do "hog tied" and the rest of the Lovefist Missions.
