I'm pretty sure it keeps a record of your time, then again you may be right as before we discovered the pole position bug I used to leave the track and rejoin to reset my lap time when I knew I was way off the pace and couldn't possibly have pole.

Exiting the track resets your time. If you had the quickest time so far and you exit, the time will still be listed, it just wont be associated with you anymore. You always need one lap and stay on track until race start for it to count.

What an epic race!

The first twenty laps where some of the best racing I've had online. Dowlin, geordie and me where all on the same pace. Our fighting triple got split up do to a slight lag sadly. As dowlin tried to pass me on the back straight he went slightly wide on the corner, allowing me to slip through the inside again. He apologized for something, but as far as I noticed there was no contact anywhere throughout the maneuver (crossing line maybe?). Next thing I see Dowlin have a small lag spike and touch the wall, which sadly put a bit of space between us.

Yeah that sucked Third, when I was following you a bit before that incident, I noticed you were lagging a small bit on my screen at least but I didn't think anything of it as it didn't happen too often. But when I got that pass on you into the hairpin and you tucked behind me, I felt a bump from behind and I thought you hit me, I apologized because I thought I had blocked you. Then I felt another bump from your car which unfortunately sent me into the wall and that was that.

It looks really awkward on the replay. The motion of your car looks like I kicked it off, but my car is next to yours with more than a meter space in between.

It would be nice if somebody who was not involved has a look at it. It should be lap 6 at the back straight.

If I did indeed have contact, I would feel bad for not waiting up...

Well I can take some pictures to show you how it happened from my perspective if you want.

And don't worry about not waiting up mate, it wasn't either of our faults by the sound of it so I'd put this under freak racing incident.

If not, I might suggest a little event in my room, a little pet project I planned to get on its feet a few months ago but couldn't pull through due to studies.

Any Premium road going car 1200kg min weight, 305bhp, limiter >90% on sports softs. All else is fair game. (~30 different cars to choose from which are capable of reaching these specs dead on)

Tracks either some RL tracks or some fun self made tracks I've created. One of them is currently up on my profile.

I believe so, as long as it's a minimum of 1200Kg and 305 BHP at no more than 90% on the limiter.

A tip from my side is to avoid the Evora and NSX-R, they are stupidly fast compared to other cars at that level, at least on Tsukuba. It would take some fun out of what diversity has to offer.

It was only a tip. For those seeking a new challenge it might be a good idea to use one and be capable of fighting for first, for those who are usually first it might not be a good idea.

My main goal is close racing between all driver capabilities. Winning is no fun at all if it was a solo ride the entire way.

Btw I hope nobody takes this formulation offensive and thinks I'm calling them slow.

Edited in: by stupidly fast i meant 59.2xx instead of the 59.6xx-.8xx i got on average with other cars on Tsukuba. So those cars are still fair game if one desires. Just alien + Evora/NSX is gonna be a lone run for that person

I'm in,still need to find a car though. Got a couple in mind but don't know when I'll get chance to try them.
