Notes: The car is designed to have very slight oversteer at first. It's not really that noticeable, but it's there. If you feel it's too loose, bring the spring rates closer together. I've done this because as the tires wear, the C5-R naturally defaults to understeer. The front tires go long before the rears give up the ghost.
Tire Wear Strategy: If you use this car in an Endurance Race you should know that as mentioned above, the front tires go long before the rears do. So, what you're going to want to do is always put one grade tire above in the rear. For example, if you have medium tires in the front, you'll want softs in the rear. This will equalize the tire wear and give you slightly more grip.
DO NOT try the tire trick on the Nurburgring - Does not work well. Use same grade tires on the Green Hell.
Racing Potential: I'm currently participating in the World GT Endurance Series advertised right here on GTP (View my posts, I've posted in the thread). So far out of three races the Corvette C5-R has taken 1st, 2nd, and 2nd. Trust me when I say this, It's a great little car.
Update Notes: Have moved certain things around to try and reduce the understeer as the tires wear. The more pronounced initial oversteer certainly helps along with a change in toe and reduced camber. Enjoy
