Corvette ZR1 Confused

Just wondering the corvette I have setup to run indy will not get the tail out even if I run full lock on my DFGT, is this major understeer? It gets round the corners fine with out hitting the wall. Is it just the set up for this course that iI am using. tried one of the tunes on here and it was very loose hit the wall at the same speeds as normal with my setup?

any help would be appreciated.

What tires you use? Racing soft tires will solve your problems. With all other tires you will hit the wall!

Am using racing softs, hitting the wall is not a problem, sorry if that is unclear in my original post what i mean is I can turn my wheel to full lock left very harshly when cornering and it will not spinout, all driving aids are off except ABS 1. Just find it strange.
