Couple 1.01 questions

So I haven't been online yet with GT6 for reasons.. But I had a couple questions.

1: Is there a gift option, if so is there a limit?

2: Are cars "shareable" with friends?

3: Where the heck is our course creator?

Edit: Scratch #3, finally found the answer to that. The GT6 section had really blown up! Hard to find threads with answers!
