couple set up needed

I have a clio V6 currently a work in progress but the back end is the most lively thing and its a pain to drive... lift and spin... grass and spin.. pain is the word... anyone got a good suspension set up for it to save me from the spins... also i wanna start tuning a '66 Afla Spider 1600 anyone tuned that up? mainly after suspension
