Crane Cam accessable?

Is this a unlock or button combination while in a replay? Have you noticed the cranes on the outside of many circuits have cameramen with cameras pointing at the track? I was wondering if these cranes were actually camera locations. I love the panaramic shots from high above that you see at the end of most races and would like to use these locations for shooting.

I am not sure, but the amount and position of cameras depends on track position, try to stop the replay near one of those cranes, or where you have seen the panoramic shots from above, and try the available cameras.

Someone needs to compile a list of all the fixed camera spots on all the tracks.

But yea, I saw those cranes too(and almost wrecked lol), that would make tilt-shift pics soo much easier.
