Create custom tracks within the game

There have been lots of complaints from some players that don't have access to an iPad or a recent Android tablet regarding the course maker (path editor) and they have been whining all around the GT6 forums. This suggestion shall cater as a catch-all suggestion for those who would like to create custom tracks within the game itself.

It doesn't have to be an app for smartphones, or tablets, or Windows... or browsers!
Why not make a webapp that works directly from the Gran Turismo Website. (The way community features work)?

I see people asking for phone, browsers and windows apps and I think... why? Or why not have both the webapp and the mobile/tablet apps...?

The limits of the PS3 would make it substandard in my opinion. There should really be a desktop app for this. I can draw with a mouse as well as I can with my finger.

@CommandrCyclops And as for what I saw in the Lucas Ordoñez video you can use some sort of "node base" drawing... or adjusting so that makes things super simple on mouse...

I can't really draw with mouse, but hey node based is the way the photoshop pen works... and that's basically one of the most important tools of photoshop...

The point is... you doesn't have to be that good with a mouse, so yes, they should have made a web app that could be used from any browser...

While i already creating tracks on my Android Tablet, Smartphone and on my PC using Bluestacks or andy, i still think that they should have included that in the game itself too.
