Create Top Gear's Reasonably Priced Car!

So I need to know is any of you managed to create any Top Gear's Reasonably Priced Car?

Suzuki Liana (2002–2005)
Chevrolet Lacetti (2006–2010)
KIA Cee'd

All of those are not included in GT5, so how about to pick a car with same aerodynamics (very similar looking)..
then set similar, weight, HP, rev limiter, transmission gear ratios and top speed.

Top Gear's KIA Ceed '09
Best Stig's lap on Top Gear Test Track (real life): 1:44.10
Weight: 1355
HP: 126
Gear ratios: ???
etc.

The idea is to Help me build the best Kia Ceed (and others TG cars) possible, from avalible cars in GT5.

the idea came to my mind 10 minutes ago while driving in Top Gear Track with standard M5, trying to beat some times... so this far I have no idea what would be similar car to KIA Ceed.. any Ideas how to?

PS. Will try to build one right ahead!

No It has to be FF car, I mean to create 1 to 1 car..

yes, but the lap times are too fast, and its not Kia Ceed its Standart Citroen, what I want is to tune that Citroen just like Kia Ceed.. its nice that it looks very similar. How about everything else, rev limiter and suspension must be much bifferent.
