Simple, post your dream schedule for a racing series series, the only thing is that you must critique the last schedule for the series you will post.

Japanese Grand Prix: Suzuka Circuit
Singapore Grand Prix: Marina Bay Street Circuit

28 races is far too much. The Nurburging 24H course is too unsafe fo cars as fast as F1. Some courses like Mt Panorama seem interesting, but I'm not sure of their safety for F1 cars or the track's ability to host a Grand Prix

My Schedule

FIA WEC

January - 24 Hrs of Daytona
March - 12 Hours of Sebring
April - 6 Hours of Monza, Italy
May - 6 Hours of Spa
June - 24 Hrs of LeMans
July - 6 Hours of Silverstone
August - 6 Hours Sao Paulo
September - 6 Hours Mount-Fuji, Japan
October - 1000 miles Petit LeMans

Oh come on. This is wayyyy Easy. In fact, isnt this just this year's schedule just with Petit and Daytona added? Nice, but pretty normal-ish looking.

FIA WEC
January- 18 hours of Abu Dhabi
March- Sebring 12H
April- 12 Hours of Monterrey/Laguna Seca (Jus so I can go watch)
May- 6 Hours of Spa
Late May- 6 Hours of Monte Carlo (Coincide with F1)
June- 24 Hours of Le Mans
July- 24 Hours of the Nordschleife (Nurburgring 24H Course)
August- 6 Hours of Silverstone
September- 6 Hours of Spa
Late September- 12 Hours of Bathurst
October- An optional race. Road Rally Special Stages in France, competing for time. Only GT Class allowed.
Late October- Petit Le Mans

Isn't that why the thread is called a dream schedule for a racing series. Not a most hopeful realistic schedule for a racing series?

That makes sense. But you've already quoted me, so you'll have to change it also.

^^Throw in a couple more road courses, perhaps replace double oval races with an infield road course if the track has one.

World Endurance Championship

24 Hours of Daytona
1000km New York (Port Imperial)
12 Hours of Sebring

24 Hours of Monza
1000km Rome (Vallelunga)
12 Hours of Imola
24 Hours of Nurburgring
1000km Brandenburg (EuroSpeedway)
12 Hours of Hockenheim
24 Hours of Bathurst
1000km Adelaide (Adelaide Street Circuit)

Lausitzring%20Long.gif

Round 1 - Rallye Monte Carlo, Monaco
Round 2 - Daytona 500, Daytona
Round 3 - Clipsall 500, Adelaide
Round 4 - 12 Hours of Sebring, Sebring
Round 5 - Circuit of Ireland Rally, Ireland
Round 6 - Monaco Grand Prix, Monaco
Round 7 - Indianapolis 500, Indianapolis
Round 8 - 24 Heures du Mans, La Sarthe
Round 9 - British Grand Prix, Silverstone
Round 10 - Firestone Twin 275s, Texas Motor Speedway
Round 11 - Bathurst 1000, Mount Panorama
Round 12 - GT1 World Championship race, Moscow Raceway
Round 13 - Watkins Glen 220, Watkins Glen

Round 17 - DTM event, Red Bull Ring
Round 18 - Dakar Rally, South America
Round 19 - Petite Le Mans, Road Atlanta
Round 20 - Brazilian Grand Prix, Interlagos

I would have a LG Super Weekend kind of bill with F1, WEC, FIA GT (GT1-3 Permitted), DTM & V8 Supercars.

I would have them going to (bear in mind I am doing a dream one, so safety rules don't apply:
Daytona (24hr for WEC + FIA GT)
Interlagos.
Mexico City.
Nurburgring 24hr route (24hr race for WEC + FIA GT + The guesting VLN.)
Monza (Old roval route!)
Le Mans (24hr race for FIA GT + WEC)
Monaco
EuroSpeedway Lausitz, the full 12KM or so test track.)
Imola
Silverstone (24hr race for WEC + FIA GT + Guesting Britcar)
Bathurst (1000KM for V8 Supercars)
Calder Park Roval
Macau
Suzuka
Isle of Man TT Course
Mondello Park
Spa (24hr for WEC + FIA GT)
Mountjuic Park
Brands Hatch

In FIA GT there would also be the return of the more open G2 + G3 classes, and an open GT class, and all of there non-24hr race would be 3 hours long.

In WEC all the races that aren't 24hr races would be 1000KM or 6 Hours.

V8 Supercars would have two 225KM races a weekend apart form at Bathurst

DTM would have one of there usual races per weekend.

F1 would have of there usual races per weekend, woth there qaulifying taking place on the friday due to WEC races on Saturday, further more all qualifying is on Friday, leaving the races for the last 2 days.

Also on fridays there would be national or international championships racing, these would vary with every weekend; BTCC, BOSS GP, Britcar, WTCC, NASCAR Nationwide, British GT, F2, GP2, Dutch Supercar Challenge & F3.

These race would also take Saturday or Sunday slots if there are any avaliable for the time needed (for example BOSS GP would fill an empty half hour, and Dutch Supercars may take up a spare hour.)
