Creating custom PS3 themes?

Has anyone found a good program to create PS3 themes that is compatible with Windows 7? It seems that all theme creators are made specifically for XP. The PS3 Theme Creator (http://www.freewebs.com/ps3themecreator/) is running for me--which is apparently more than most Windows 7 users can say--but it's missing the sample theme option and I'm afraid I'll have even bigger problems later, such as with transferring to the PS3... Anyway, thanks for any help.

I suggest contacting alba and tomhart 9 .There is another memmber who created one but I can't remmember

Thanks! Yeah I figured there has to be some people making themes on Windows 7, so I might as well just start asking around.

A member that made a GT-R theme said he uses a program called "PS3themecreator".
