G’day guys,

I’ve been using Crew chief on my android tablet with PC2 on the PS4 for a quite a while now. I just recently bought a pair of Logitech Artimes G933’s and plugged in my tablet with the 3.5mm jack however the volume is way too low while driving. To here the spotter I need to turn down game volume way too much.

So I though I’d download it on my laptop and give it a go that way. For some reason I just can’t make it work though. I select Project Cars Network data UDP is on 3 in the PS4 and as far as I know that means CrewChief should be working through my laptop?! Once I start the application all I get is the standard “Radio Check” message and that’s it!

I’m sure I must be missing something but I’ve been stuffing around and can’t seem to make it work. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

I'm afraid I can't help on the PC front, as I run CrewChief app on my android phone.
Just for your tablet, I can recommend you check in-app volume settings and your tablet's overall media volume; 2 factors at work here.

BUT it's funny that I have the complete opposite experience. I can get the CrewChief to pretty high levels but the game/cars volume for me is super low! So I stopped using CrewChief all together because when I'm using it (plugging cellphone earphones under my ps4 headphones) I don't hear the game anymore.
I'm suffering from the USB low volume audio output issue that many are facing (check here: PS4 Overall Volume (Still) Too Low). If you're on regular 3.5mm to DS4 or other ways, it may be fine for you.

No my issue is that I can’t get crew chief loud enough. I’ve actually turned the ingame sounds like Player engine etc down to 50 but I find it not as immersive then.

Did you check the in-app crewchief volume settings? And the overall media volume on your tablet?!
