Criminal Level

I have cheated in vice city which is something i'm not proud of but, is there any way for me to rasie my crminal level it's at about 9000+ total liar......I tired goingon a killing spree for awhile and got my media attention to 2017 (stuff of legends) but i don't think it did anything to my criminal level

Mine is around 3k or so, and I'm only around 60% complete. Still need to do the boatyard mission(haven't tried yet on my new game) finish vercetti missions(have 1 left, don't really care to finish it yet, want it to be 2nd to last mission), still have to jump, frenzy, JCP playground, 2 stadium, and 2 RC missions left. I'll have to play for some more soon, but I've spent enough time on it for now. My rating is something like "Enforcer"
