Csr elite wheel power up

I have a Csr elite wheel , I have a issue which I am not sure if its a problem . In the past when I would power up the wheel The wheel would rotate 2x to the left and 2x to the right at a fast speed, now when I power it up it sometimes rotates but very slow and sometimes not at all. It does go to center once I press the xbox button and seems to work fine in game. Should I be concerned ? This happened to me before and then started to work normally. Its just starting up again. Has this issue happen to anyone else and if so what was the solution.Thank you for any help.

you might need to re install the firmware because the rotation is the wheel calobrating which it should do every time.

My wheel came with firmware 722 . Where can I find firmware 722? Is 737 or 742 firmware better. Thanks for the info.
