Cue splitting

I've been using the Medieval CUE splitter with no problems on regular 44/48-16 rips but it fails every time I try splitting an 88/96-24 cue file.

Does anyone know of any free software that will split my high resolution audio files?

Edit: I found a great tool for splitting/converting all sorts of audio files - Xrecode II.
