So i recently got my hands on CS3 and installed it and what not but when i opened it and tried to do a simple task like say move and object around....id click on the tool it would select the tool but when i move my cursor over to the canvas it strangely becomes the window shrink/expand icon. So i thought well this must be Photoshop(manly because of where i acquired said program). So i obtained CS2 and installed that well to my surprise it did the exact same thing. I had CursorXP installed and thought that was it so i uninstalled that and tried again same thing happened so i unloaded windows blinds to see if that would work and nothing. If someone knows what my problem is please tell me.
