Hey,
In the options I chose custom soundtrack for the Menus and for Racing.
The Menu music keeps going back to default everytime I start the game and sometimes while im playing (for example the main menu music will go back to default after I am done with a race)
Also, the transitions from main menu music to racing music are terrible. After selecting where i want to race the music stops after loading the curcuit, plays a random song in that pre-game lobby, and once I select "start race" the music stops again while the 3 - 2 - 1 counter appers and resumes once again when I get control of the vehicle.
Sure, I guess I could live with the transitions being a little messed up but the major problem is that it sometimes plays musiic from my custom soundtrack, other times it plays music from the GT5 soundtrack. Completely random, completely annoying. And no I dont like japanese jazz music.
I figured I'd just play my music through the PS3 player then and have the music never stop or transition. Well, "that feature is not allowed during this game" came up. Really? come on...
This is my only gripe with the game. Other than that I find it to be a very good racing game.
Are you guys having the same problem? How do you work around it?
